Soft and chewy, these cookies are a classic chocolate chip cookie that will be your new go-to!

Ingredients:

1 cup Food Club salted butter softened
1 cup Food Club white granulated sugar
1 cup Food Club light brown sugar-packed
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
3 cups Food Club all-purpose flour
1 tsp Food Club baking soda
½ tsp Food Club baking powder
1 tsp Food Club salt
2 cups Food Club chocolate chips

Method: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Set aside. Cream together butter and sugars until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Mix in the dry ingredients until combined. Add the package of chocolate chips and mix well. Roll 2 TBS (depending on how large you like your cookies) of dough into balls at a time and place them evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheets. You may also use an ice cream scoop to get the dough balls even. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. Take them out when they are just starting to turn brown. Cookies will continue to bake as you let them sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing them to a cooling rack.
